From July 13 to July 23, Sri Lanka will be hosting the fifth edition of the Men’s Emerging Asia Cup. This tournament will witness the participation of eight Asian teams, with seven of them representing the ‘A’ teams of their respective countries.
Along with Nepal, the UAE A, and Pakistan A, India A has been assigned to Group B. Group A, on the other hand, consists of Oman A, Afghanistan A, Bangladesh A, and Sri Lanka A. Each group’s top two teams will be guaranteed a spot in the semi-finals.
India A’s campaign will commence on July 13 against UAE A, followed by a high-stakes encounter against Pakistan A on July 15. They will conclude their group-stage matches with a face-off against Nepal A on July 18.
The first semi-final, scheduled for July 21, will feature the group winner from Group A against the second-placed team from Group B. The second semi-final will see the group winner from Group B face off against the second-placed team from Group A.
