After 61 intriguing and high-voltage matches, we have finally come to the end of the Big Bash League 2022-23. The tournament oozed a lot of entertainment and was a delight for the fans to watch.
Perth Scorchers beat Brisbane Heat in the finals to lift the Big Bash League 2022-23 trophy in front of their home crowd. They are now the most successful Big Bash team as they have won 5 titles. Scorchers have also successfully defended their title.
Ashton Turner top-scorer for the Perth Scorchers in the finals as he scored a brisk knock of 53 in just 32 deliveries. Jason Behrendorff and Matthew Kelly bagged 2 wickets each and aced the bowling of the champions.
Throughout the tournament, we witnessed a lot of stellar performances from the teams and the players. The competition was top-notch and credit must be given to the organizers as well for pulling off such a high-profile tournament.
Perth Scorchers flexed their dominant muscles all throughout the tournament and had some standout players on their roster. The likes of Aaron Hardie, Jhye Richardson, Matthew Kelly, and Ashton Turner were the cynosure of all eyes as they performed exceedingly well for the 5-time Big Bash League winners.
