On January 23, the International Cricket Council (ICC) unveiled its Women’s T20I Team of the Year 2022, which is heavily comprised of Indian players. The T20I Team of the Year for both the men’s and women’s categories was announced by the ICC to kick off the 2022 awards announcement week.
The ICC Women’s T20I Team of the Year honors the 11 best players who have won over everyone’s admiration with their bat, ball, or all-around performances over the 2022 season. The four Indians included in the greatest women’s T20I XI of the year 2022 were bowler Renuka Singh Thakur, all-rounder Deepti Sharma, wicketkeeper-bat Richa Ghosh, and opener Smriti Mandhana.
