The UAE International League T20 team owned by GMR Group is known as the Dubai Capitals. The Dubai Capitals will be led by Rovman Powell in ILT20. Six teams will compete in the inaugural International League T20, which starts on January 13.

The majority of Sri Lankan players were chosen by the capitals, who would play in the ILT20 league with about five international cricketers from the island nation. Robin Uthappa, Yusuf Pathan, and Rahul Bhatia from India will represent the Dubai Capitals in ILT20.
