Former cricketing legends have gathered in Doha for the Legends League Cricket (LLC) Masters 2023, which is being contested there for the first time. In a brief series, the three teams—the World Giants, Asia Lions, and India Maharajas—will square off against one another. As per the latest standings, Asia Lions are the table toppers whereas India Maharajas are at the bottom of the LLC 2023 points table.
The T20 league will have eight total matches. In the league stage of the competition, all three teams will play each other twice. The team that tops the table will advance directly to the finals, while the teams who finish second and third will compete in an Eliminator. The Eliminator winner will secure a spot in the LLC 2023 final match against the first finalist.
Retired cricket stars and legends from more than 12 countries are participating in this year’s LLC Masters at the Asian Town Cricket Stadium, Doha in Qatar.
