Rishabh Pant, the star batter for Team India, was travelling to his birthplace of Roorkee in Uttarakhand when he was involved in a terrible car accident.
Following the news of his accident, Pant has received well wishes from the cricket world. Kapil Dev, a great cricketer and former captain of India, expressed his concern over the tragedy by thanking God for Pant’s stable condition.
Good-looking car with great speeds
According to the former India captain, players must look after themselves, and Pant could easily hire a driver rather than driving the car himself.
“Yes, you have a good-looking car with great speeds but you have to be careful. You can easily afford a driver, you don’t have to drive it alone. I understand that one has hobbies or even passion for such things, it’s natural to have it at his age, but you also have responsibilities. Only you can take care of yourself. You have to decide things for yourself,” Kapil Dev said.
