The Super Giants of Durban defeated the Capitals of Pretoria by 151 runs to finish the SA20 2023 on a high note. The Super Giants knocked the Capitals out for 103 in 13.5 overs after setting a total of 255 for the opposition to pursue.
Heinrich Klaasen, a South African batsman, struck the second century of the first SA20 season for his team, the Durban Super Giants (DSG), to keep them in contention for a semifinal berth.
Thanks to Klaasen’s 43-ball century, DSG defeated the Pretoria Capitals by a huge margin, putting them 19 points even with the Paarl Royals.
Heinrich Klaasen, who managed to stay unbeaten on 104 off 44 with the help of 10 fours and 6 sixes, was the Super Giants’ star performer. Three wickets were taken by Junior Dala for the Durban Super Giants team.

Jos Buttler of the Paarl Royals has been replaced as the leading run-scorer of the SA20 2023 by Faf du Plessis of the Joburg Super Kings.
In nine games, Du Plessis has amassed 369 runs at an average of 52.71 and a strike rate of 148.79, scoring a century and two half-centuries as a result of his labours.
The second player on the list is now Heinrich Klaasen of the Durban Super Giants.
The right-handed batter’s 363 runs from 10 games have been scored at a strike rate of 164.25 and an average of 60.50. In addition to three half-centuries, he has one century under his belt.
