Mandhana has previously captained the team in Harmanpreet’s absence and is expected to lead with confidence and skill.

Notably, all-rounder Raghvi Bist has been included after making her T20I debut recently, while Sayali Satghare earns her first call-up to the national team.

This will also be Ireland’s first-ever bilateral tour of India, making it a historic occasion for both teams.
All three matches will be held at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot, with the fixtures scheduled as follows:
- 1st ODI: January 10, 2025
- 2nd ODI: January 12, 2025
- 3rd ODI: January 15, 2025

Absences and Injuries
Harmanpreet Kaur absence is notable as she has been a key player for India in recent years.
She had previously missed games due to a neck injury sustained during the Women’s T20 World Cup in October 2024 and had just returned to action before this series.
Additionally, fast bowler Renuka Singh Thakur, who was instrumental in India’s success against the West Indies, has also been rested to manage her workload.
