    The ICC Twenty20 World Cup 2024 is set to be a landmark event in cricket history. The T20 World Cup 2024 schedule begins from June 1 to June 29, this ninth edition of the tournament will be co-hosted by the West Indies and the United States, marking the first time an ICC World Cup event will take place in the U.S.

    This year’s T20 World Cup will feature a record 20 teams, an increase from the 16 teams that competed in 2022. The expansion includes debut appearances by Canada, Uganda, and the United States, playing for the first time as a host nation.

    England, the defending champions, will be looking to defend their title. Both England and the West Indies have won the tournament twice. Australia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and India each have one title to their names.
