    Indian cricketers have arrived in Nagpur ahead of the highly anticipated ODI series against England, set to commence on February 6, 2025. 

    The team, featuring some of the biggest names in cricket, landed at Nagpur airport late on February 2, where they were greeted by fans and media eager to catch a glimpse of their favorite players.

    Arrival of Star Players

    Among the notable players who touched down in Nagpur are Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Shubman Gill. 

    The squad’s arrival marks the beginning of their preparations for the three-match ODI series against England, following a successful T20I series where India emerged victorious 4-1.

    Team Composition

    The Indian team for the ODI series remains largely unchanged from the squad that participated in the recent ICC Champions Trophy. 

    The only alteration is the inclusion of Harshit Rana, who replaces Jasprit Bumrah due to injury concerns. This continuity in team selection is expected to provide stability as they face England.

    The ODI series will consist of three matches:

    • 1st ODI: February 6, 2025, at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur
    • 2nd ODI: February 9, 2025, at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack
