Kuldeep Yadav staged a fantastic performance in front of a jam-packed Eden Gardens crowd to bag 3 wickets in the recently-concluded 2nd ODI between India and Sri Lanka. The left-arm chinaman bowler spun a web and bamboozled all the batters of the island nation.
Post the match, Yuzvendra Chahal took the interview of Kuldeep Yadav for BCCITV. Notably, Yadav had replaced the right arm leg-spinner because of an injury to Chahal.
Speaking to Yuvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav said that his “inputs helped” him a lot.
“I’ve come straight to white ball from the red ball, your inputs have helped me a lot,” said Kuldeep Yadav.
“I mean, I am happy with my performances. Whenever I get an opportunity, I always try to give my best. I don’t think much; instead, I keep it simple and stick to my strengths. I try to bowl on the right areas and get the batters to ponder about it,” said Kuldeep Yadav after the completion of the game.
