Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh, a well-known Indian Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player, was the next to be excluded from Tier-1 scrims after Hydra Esports.
Mavi recently disclosed that his squad had been kicked out of Tier-1 scrims by claiming that he lacked sufficient accomplishments.
He said that his squad was unable to comply with the requirement that all members of a team that compete in Battlegrounds Mobile India Tier-1 scrims, must be Tier-1 players.
Hemanth “Ultron” Sethi, a former teammate of Mavi’s, pointed out that other teams were playing in the same scrim despite not adhering to the aforementioned restriction.
Mavi Discusses About BGMI Tier-1 Scrims
Recently, Mavi broadcast live alongside Ultron. Mavi said during this broadcast that his spot in Tier-1 scrims had been cancelled. Mavi said that he would now be playing with 8bit.
He said that one of their players wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t participate, so he was playing with 8bit instead.
He continued by saying that his team’s spot was eliminated since he lacked the necessary achievements to participate in the scrims.
Mavi is among the most experienced players in the BGMI community. He has a long list of accomplishments to his credit.
His second-place performance in the PUBG Mobile World League 2020: East on the international stage stands out as his greatest accomplishment.
He continued by saying that the Tier-1 scrims included the requirement that every member of a team be a Tier-1 player. However, his squad consisted of just him and Ultron.
They intended to choose two participants at random, he added.
Ultron then saw that some teams in the same scrim (custom room) were not adhering to the stated requirement that all teams had all Tier-1 players yet were still permitted to play.
Ultron termed it “politics” rather than “rules”. He continued by listing several teams in the scrim that had numerous players who were not Tier-1.

Despite their accomplishments and merited status, Hydra Esports was not given a spot in the scrims, according to Hrishav.
He said that there was a lack of openness in team selection and that some scrim organizers ignored him when he tried to approach them to talk about the matter.
