After four days of gruelling battles, the Peacekeeper Elite League (PEL) Spring 2023 Playoffs Round 1 concluded on April 2. The event’s Grand Finals are now filled with the top five teams from the overall rankings chart.
Next week, the second round of the playoffs will take place, with the best ten teams eventually making it to the Grand Finals after competing against the lowest five teams from the regular season.
After the conclusion of 24 matches, Team PAI effectively defended their top position in the overall standings. They scored 236 points in total and played consistently throughout the Playoffs.
The team appears to be in excellent form after a lengthy absence, and they finished second in the Regular Season. The group’s first season of PEL 2021, when they came in as the second runner-up, saw their finest outcome.
TJB finished in second place and was only four points behind them in the PEL Spring 2023 Playoffs Round 1. Team PAI ultimately won the championship after the two teams fought it out until the very last match for first place.

PEL Spring 2023 Playoffs Round 1 Highlights
Weibo Gaming, the best squad in the PEL Regular Season, continued to be strong and secured third place with 206 points. Tianba put on some impressive efforts to take fourth place with 205 points.
A well-liked PUBG Mobile squad, Four Angry Men, managed to place in the top five and advance to the Finals. Despite performing poorly on the fourth day, the squad scored 188 points in the second run and placed fifth on the charts.
Vision Esports missed the opportunity to advance to the Grand Finals in Round 1 as they fell behind by 17 points and finished in sixth place. They must therefore fight in the second round in order to advance to the Grand Finals.
