The 2023 PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) is slated to return for its next iteration. This year, it will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from July 11 to July 16. 24 teams will fight to show off their skills in this much anticipated competition.
The prize pool for this year’s competition is the same as it was for last year. It totals an incredible $3 million.
Although the BGMI game was banned in the nation a few weeks prior to the competition last year, two Indian teams – Soul and 7SEA Esports – also took part.
The biggest and most exciting gaming and esports event in the world, Gamers8, and the PMWI have teamed up this year.
From July to September 2023, over the course of eight weeks, Gamers8 will include 300+ tournaments with an enormous $45,000,000 prize pool spread over 11+ games.

PUBG Mobile World Invitational past editions
The Main Event and the Afterparty Showdown were two separate rounds in the previous edition. Teams were given the opportunity to compete in the main event based on their results in regional tournaments. On the other hand, a few teams were selected to compete in the Afterparty based on fan votes.
The PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2023 is anticipated to be one of the most memorable occasions in PUBG Mobile Esports. The top teams from across the globe are expected to participate in the event. The tournament promises to provide six days of exhilarating gameplay and competition.
