Uruguayan midfielder Federico Gallego has joined the ranks of ATK Mohun Bagan and the talented footballer would be hoping to power ATK Mohun Bagan to their first Indian Super League (ISL) title. (ATK has won 3 ISL titles).
Federico Gallego has previously plied his trade for NorthEast United FC and the 32-year-old central midfielder has played in 43 ISL matches for the Highlanders. He has netted 9 goals so far and would be hoping to increase the tally in the remaining ISL 2022-23 season for the Maroon and Green Brigade.
Federico Gallego has most recently represented Sud America and played 2 matches for them. Sud America is a Uruguayan Segunda Division club.
ATK Mohun Bagan took to their social media handles to announce the high-profile signing.
