Kerala Blasters FC seems to be in a fairy-tale world as they won their 4th consecutive Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 game. They are now in the 5th position in the ISL 2022-23 points table and have consolidated their position.
Dimitrios Diamantakos scored the only goal game in the game in the 17th minute of the match and put Kerala Blasters’ noses ahead. The Jamshedpur FC team failed to stage a comeback and the last season’s ISL League Shield winners succumbed to another loss.
The possession was entirely dominated by Ivan Vukomanovic’s men as they kept the defenders of Jamshedpur FC under constant threat. The passing accuracy of Kerala Blasters FC in yesterday’s game was a whopping 82% and they had 11 shots. However, only 2 of them were on target.
On the other hand, the Men of Steel too had 11 shots that were taken by their players but only 1 shot was on target. The reigning Shield winners have been struggling a lot this season and have only notched up 1 win in their 8 matches so far. They have lost all of their last 5 matches and sit in the second-last position in the ISL 2022-23 points table.
