The Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024’s fourth and most important round is scheduled for May 23 – 26. There will be competition amongst several elite teams to secure a spot in the Semifinals.
Many rookies have also skillfully advanced to Round 4, as they will try to showcase their prowess and abilities against more established teams. The 48 teams that advanced to this round of the India Series recently concluded Round 3.
In order to select 48 teams for the fourth stage and 16 teams for the Wildcard Entry phase, a total of 256 teams competed in the third round.
There will be 64 teams in the next round, comprising 16 from the Grind and 48 from Round 3.
Each of these four groups of teams will play six games on four different maps. The top four teams in each group proceed to the semifinals, with the other teams earning a spot in the Wildcard Entry round.
BGIS 2024 Round 4
256 teams participated in the Grind tournament, which Krafton held in April 2024. This fourth round will see the direct selection of the top 16 teams. 32 teams from the Grind (ranked 33rd to 64th) competed in Round 2, while 16 teams (17th to 32nd) competed in Round 3.
Every day starting at 3:30 PM, Krafton India Esports’ YouTube channel will have live coverage of every BGIS Round 4 match. The fourth round’s schedule is as follows:
- May 23 – Group 1
- May 24 – Group 2
- May 25 – Group 3
- May 26 – Group 4
In the upcoming days, Krafton will reveal the identities of all 48 teams from the third round that qualified. However, because their matches were streamed live on the official Krafton India YouTube channel, it is known that numerous well-known teams, like Carnival, XSpark, and WSB, have advanced to this round.
