Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR has just revealed more details about the future racing game mode in Fortnite, including the possibility of its own Battle Pass.
Fortnite originally just featured a PvE mode, but Epic Games decided to add a battle royale option, which helped it become highly well-liked.
The development team now seems to be working on creating a unique racing mode with its own Battle Pass.
The new racing mode will contain a Battle Pass that is distinct from Battle Royale. This was revealed by the data miner, who claims to have connections with a trustworthy source.
The announcement was made in a tweet that simply said, “The upcoming racing mode has its own Battle Pass,” which raised concerns regarding the new pass’s functionality.
It is presently unknown if it will resemble the previous “Most Wanted” and “Find the Force” events more closely than a full-scale Level system.
There will be 18 distinct divisions, and it will be competitive. However, Epic Games will probably also create a practice-oriented casual racing option.
Fortnite Racing Mode Battle Pass
The racing mode will feature a separate Battle Pass that might include additional vehicles, vehicle decals, etc.
Despite the lack of information about the future feature, it is likely that the new Battle Pass will not be related to Fortnite’s Battle Royale or Zero Build modes.
Another rumour claims that the forthcoming mode for Fortnite would have a garage with a variety of automobile customization possibilities.
If this is accurate, the new Battle Pass will probably be connected to this function.
The release date for the Fortnite racing mode is still uncertain. Data miners who first disclosed the gamemode two weeks ago claim that it would be published “within five months or less.”
The Fortnite racing Battle Pass will probably cost around the same as the standard Battle Pass, which is priced at 950 V-Bucks.
The information revealed today could alter before an official release, as is the case with all leaks.
