The Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2023, a premier BGMI official event, will officially begin in a few days.
This was announced by Krafton on November 17, 2023. This will be the Battleground Mobile India Pro Series’ second edition.
Shortly before the BGMI ban in 2022, the BMPS was launched. Twenty-four teams from the Battlegrounds Mobile India Open Challenge participated in the event, which was held from May 19 to June 12, that year. ₹2 crore was the total prize money awarded in this marquee event.
Team Soul proved to be a formidable opponent and won their first offline BGMI championship. In the Grand Finals, their athlete Goblin was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP).
As the BMPS Season 1 champion, the team also secured a berth in the PUBG Mobile World League 2022.
OR Esports and Enigma Gaming took first and second place as runners-up, respectively, with Global Esports taking fourth place.

Using their social media accounts, Krafton announced the news of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2023, saying:
“Get ready to witness gaming history. The BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA PRO SERIES 2023 is just around the corner, and our top pro teams are locked and loaded for battle. Stay tuned for some gaming action. It’s time to game for glory like never before.”
The competition’s start date, schedule, and other specifics, have not yet been made public.
There will be numerous well-known and well-liked BGMI squads in the 2023 BMPS. The precise number of competitors has not yet been disclosed by the organizer.
However, it is expected that all or most of the top-performing teams from the most recent BGIS 2023 competition will get invitations to the competition.
Many teams, like GodLike Esports, Team XSpark, and others, have altered their rosters in recent weeks in an effort to position themselves as significant contenders for this major competition.
This year’s third official BGMI esports competition is taking place. Many seasoned and underdog teams fought for a massive ₹2 crore prize fund at BGIS 2023.
Gladiators Esports emerged victorious in this first tournament. After that, Krafton organized the India versus. Korea Invitational, which had ₹1 crore in total prize money.
