India vs England 4th Test is turning out to be a heated contest between the two heavyweights. On Day-1 of the final affair, Indian skipper Virat Kohli got involved in a heated altercation with none other than England’s best all-rounder Ben Stokes. The visitors’ side is currently struggling once again at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Virat Kohli consecutively lost 2nd toss in the ongoing Test series. However, fate still favored the host skipper as his bowlers gave an impressive performance with the ball from the word go. Mohammed Siraj and Axar Patel took two-two wickets each on Day-1. The latter opened the account and helped hosts in getting their first breakthrough of the game. He dismissed Zak Crawley and Dominic Sibley. Later on, the Indian pacer joined the party and took important wickets of Joe Root as well as Jonny Bairstow.

On Day-1, Siraj, the young Indian pacer looked pumped up in the game. He was busy poking the batsmen in order to force them to lose their concentration in the game. Later on, the hosts’ skipper was also seen having a word with Ben Stokes.

The conversation turned to a heated one due to which the on-field umpire Virender Sharma had to come in between to separate both the players. The Indian skipper looked nowhere happy with Stokes. Although the reason is still unknown that why the two superstars were seen in the exchange of words during the fourth Test.

Coming onto the match, England has lost 5 wickets and they are playing at a score of 144 runs. Ben Stokes emerged as the only batsman in England’s line-up to score a fifty with the bat. Washington Sundar also got a wicket to his name in the match on Day-1.
