The first match of IPL 2023 is scheduled for March 31 (Friday) at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium.

The men in yellow will play two games against each of the following teams: Lucknow Super Giants, Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, and Mumbai Indians during the league stage.
They will face Gujarat Titans, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Punjab Kings in separate matches.

Sisanda Magala was named as the replacement for New Zealand bowler Kyle Jamieson.
Among the key members of the CSK team for the IPL 2023 include Ben Stokes, Gaikwad, Jadeja, and Moeen Ali.
Four times, CSK has won the IPL title. In IPL 2010, 2011, 2018, and 2021, the team led by MS Dhoni took home the trophy.
