However, they struggled to build momentum after a promising start. Rahane and Narine combined for a partnership of 103 runs between the fourth and tenth overs, but once they fell, KKR lost their way.

Krunal Pandya’s breakthrough spells proved crucial as he dismissed both Rahane and Narine in quick succession. RCB’s bowlers maintained pressure throughout the innings, leading to KKR finishing at a modest total of 174.

In response, RCB started their innings aggressively. Phil Salt’s explosive batting set the tone for the chase, while Kohli’s steady presence ensured that RCB remained on track. 

With RCB needing just 175 runs to win, they achieved this with relative ease, reaching their target in just under 19 overs.
