Shubman Gill, the star right-handed batsman was brilliant with the willow for KKR in the past few seasons. Now, he will be plying traits for Gujarat Titans in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League. The star Indian cricketer picked New Zealand pacer as the X-Factor player in their side ahead of Hardik Pandya and Rashid Khan.

Gujarat Titans are going to feature in their maiden campaign of the Indian Premier League. They have picked big and famous T20 names with the likes of Hardik Pandya, Rashid Khan, Mathew Wade, and others. They have Ashish Nehra as the head coach and Gary Kirsten as their mentor. The newly formed IPL franchise will look to make an early impact in the upcoming 15th edition.

The cricket fans have a different opinion over the fascinating squad of Gujarat Titans. Meanwhile, Shubman Gill has revealed his opinion over the X-Factor player on the side. During a media interaction, the right-handed batsman said that former KKR pacer Lockie Ferguson is going to be a player to watch out. As per him, he has always performed well in the cash-rich league, and he is expected to replicate the same in the upcoming season.

“Yeah, I think Lockie Ferguson, when we were in the Kolkata Knight Riders, he was a huge asset for us, and I am sure he is going to be a huge X-factor for us in the Gujarat Titans squad. Shubman said while replying to a query during an interaction with the media on Sunday.

Shubman Gill is looked down on as one of India’s most promising batsmen, who has done immensely well in the shorter format for Kolkata Knight Riders in the previous seasons. So far Gill has scored 1417 runs in 58 games with the help of 10 fifties.
