CPL 2021: Full Schedule, Squads, When And Where To Watch Channel List, Broadcasters

Caribbean Premier League 2021 schedule has been released and it is going to get kicked off from 26th August. CWI accepted the request of BCCI and preponed their T20 league by two days. Earlier, CPL was expected to start on 28th August. But, now it will begin on 26th August and the final will be played on 15th September. In the official press release, CWI Presiden said that it is a tough time for the cricket board and opined that IPL as well CPL both the leagues are equally important for everyone.

CPL is a T20 tournament organized by West Indies Cricket Board. The maiden season of the T20 league was played back in 2013. If not the most but one of the popular leagues that holds a big viewership across the globe. A total of 7 teams will be going to take part in the 9th edition of the Caribbean Premier League 2021.

In the previous edition, Trinidad & Tobago led by Kieron Pollard finished lifted the trophy after defeating Knight Riders in the final by a good margin of 8 wickets. In the upcoming edition, they will once again look to repeat the success of the previous season. They are one of the most constant sides of the tournament having won four out of the total 8 seasons.

CPL 2021 Schedule

CPL 2021 series opener will be played between Guyana Amazon Warriors and Tobago Knight Riders at Werners Park. Due to the COVID-19 era, all the games of CPL 2021 will be played at the same venue
