“We obviously finished on the right side of the result, which is incredible and fantastic. But even if we didn’t finish on the right side of the result, the fight that we put forth was absolutely brilliant. Well done all of you.”
“It is not the right time to talk about individual names at this point of time, obviously there have been fantastic individual performances, especially towards the end. But we have talked about that in our meetings, acknowledged and recognized everyone’s contribution in this game. But I think when you look at the whole game, it was a really good team performance. Many performances right across bowling, batting even at the start or even at the guys who finished it off in the end. It was a fantastic team performance. Well done to all of you!”
