Stuart Binny, the former RCB player bids adieu to all forms of cricket, and a letter is being shared on social media. The star player played for Team India across all the formats over the years. But, a sudden dip in his form ruled him out of the national side. However, he continued to be part of the Indian Premier League franchises.

Stuart Binny made his international debut back in 2014 against New Zealand in Hamilton. Later on, he made his debut in Test cricket in the same year and then went onto feature in the shorter format. Overall, he played 6 Tests, 14 ODIs, and 3 T20Is and scored 459 international runs. He was also a brilliant swing bowler and grabbed 24 wickets across all the formats.

He also had good numbers in first-class cricket where he managed 4796 runs and took 148 wickets playing for Karnataka. Stuart Binny also holds a record for the best bowling effort by an Indian bowler in ODIs when he took six wickets giving just 4 runs in a game against Bangladesh.

The talented Karanataka born player played for different franchises in the past like Royal Challengers Bangalore, Rajasthan Royals, and Mumbai Indians. In the famous T20 league, he played 95 fixtures where he managed 22 wickets and scored 880 runs.

Now, he has shared saddening news with his fans by signing out from all forms of cricket. The former player shared a long letter that read, “It has given me tremendous joy and pride to have represented my country at the highest international level. I would like to acknowledge the huge role that the BCCI has played in my cricketing journey. Their faith and support over the years have been incredible. My cricketing journey would not even have started had it not been for the Karnataka state and their support. It has been an honor to captain and win trophies with my state,” it added. 

“The game of cricket runs through my blood, and I will always back to give back to the game that has given me everything,” the letter stated
