MS Dhoni was born on 7th July 1981. Many believe that Mahi chose the number for his love for David Beckham who also wore number 7 during his football days. The former Indian cricketer is reckoned as one of the best skippers in the history of Indian cricket. He is the only player to lift three ICC Trophies as a captain of the national side. Under his captaincy, Team India won ICC T20 World Cup 2007, ICC World Cup 2011, and ICC Champions Trophy 2014. He won several accolades and Man of The Match donning his favorite jersey number 7.
