India’s fast-bowling sensation Mohammed Siraj extends his wishes to Virat Kohli after the latter stepped down from Team India’s Tes captaincy. The pacer penned down a heartfelt message for the Indian cricketer on social media.

Virat Kohli, who was leading the Test side of Team India, shocked everyone with his decision of giving up captaincy. The star Indian cricketer made the shocking announcement on the very next day after losing the Test series to South Africa by 2-1. After losing captaincy in white-ball cricket, Virat Kohli himself announced that he will pass the captaincy baton to other players as he want to focus more on his batting.

The cricketing fraternity reacted and extended their wishes to Virat Kohli for his extraordinary captaincy career. Meanwhile, one wish that hogged every eyeball was given by Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj.

He took to his official Instagram handle and shared a heartfelt message that read,”To my superhero, I cannot be thankful enough for the support and encouragement I got from you. You have always been my guiding elder brother. Thank you for trusting me and believing in me for all these years. For seeing the good in me, even at my worst. You will always be my captain #KingKohli @virat.kohli.”

It is known that Mohammed Siraj made his international debut under Virat Kohli across all the formats. Meanwhile, he has played alongside Virat Kohli in the Indian Premier League for Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Now, cricket fans will get to watch Siraj playing with Virat in the upcoming ODI series against South Africa starting on 19th January.
