Sri Lanka cricket team hogged the limelight as one of their highly talented youngsters was caught in an ugly sex scandal. Recently Sri Lanka came face to face against England in a Test match. The hosts lost that game to visitors by a big margin of seven wickets.
The cricket world was rocked after this media came into media. Actually, the reports say that the youngster was caught red-handed with a female cricket official inside a hotel room. The players are currently confined to a hotel for the series that is being played under the bio-secure bubble.
Sri Lanka Cricket Hit With An Ugly Case

Earlier, when Sri Lanka traveled to South Africa for playing a Test series where they lost suffered a humiliating whitewash, many players from the tourists’ side were caught smoking boozing and doing other inappropriate activities before important games.
“The incident has been apparently reported to the Colombo headquarters of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) by the team management in Galle. The player’s misconduct is not a new thing. Similar types of sexual misconduct have been going on for a long time. The same female official has been involved on many occasions in such incidents. But the authorities have kept a blind eye,”
“Such sexual misbehavior had been happening during Sri Lanka’s recent visit to South Africa too. This is only a part of our players’ bad conduct during important series. Some of them are into smoking and boozing during important matches, and this is something in addition to those,” a source said as quoted by The Sunday Morning.
