Stuart Broad made his under-19 debut in 2005 against Srilanka but couldn’t break into the Under-19 squad for the World Cup which was a blessing in disguise for him as he was impressed in the county circuit and got called up for the English team against Pakistan for ODIs. He started his career with a bang and bagged Young Cricketer of the Year from the Cricket Writers Club.
