Daniel Christian was chosen up by the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL 2021 after a strong BBL performance, but he struggled with both bat and ball. He got pushed to the third position in the batting lineup, but he fell easily once more.
Given his aggregate IPL statistics, he is sure to lose an offer next year. Daniel’s struggles are not uncommon for international players who come into this league as rookies and struggle due merely because of their lack of experience on Indian pitches or bowling conditions that they have never encountered before.
