It’s the clash of two teams that have failed to have gotten their bearings right. Both Gujarat Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore have lost their first 2 matches after losing the plot completely in both the games.

Both the teams will now have the perfect opportunity to get their campaign back on track in the ongoing Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023.

The match between the Giants and Bangalore will be taking place at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. It is slated to kick-start from 7:30 PM (IST) and is a must-win game for both the teams.

Royal Challengers Bangalore have been heavily dependent on their Top 4

One of the main strong areas of Royal Challengers Bangalore at the inception of the WPL 2023 was their star-studded top-order. The likes of Smriti Mandhana, Ellyse Perry, Sophie Devine and Heather Knight are all international stars.

In their last game against the Mumbai Indians, Bangalore lost 4 wickets in the powerplay and that dug a deep hole for themselves. This is an area where the team needs to focus on if they are to present a case for themselves in WPL 2023.

Kim Garth would be a key bowler in the ranks of Gujarat

Despite bagging 5 wickets in their previous game against the UP Warriorz, Kim Garth’s Gujarat Giants failed to win the game. Her efforts went in complete vain as none of the other bowlers could complement her in that game.

She would definitely be a key bowler in the bowling ranks of Gujarat Giants.
