WWE NXT UK Result on August 04, 2022: Check full NXT result and highlight, Know every detail of the show


WWE NXT UK Result: Ilja Dragunov appeared on crutches to start the NXT UK show. The Russian claimed that he suffered a serious injury at the beginning of his fight against Wolfgang and continued to fight despite it. Dragunov stated that despite the fact that he wanted to continue fighting, the doctors have not declared it an act and have asked him to leave the title vacant. The Russian was pissed off about that, however, he ended up assuming it was the best thing for his health and ended up announcing that he was vacating the title. Dragunov started talking about his journey as NXT UK Champion and announced that he would come back better to win the title back from him.

The members of Chase U appeared in a video touring London.

Sid Scala announced backstage that a tournament will be held to announce a new NXT UK Champion.

Singles Match: Oliver Carter vs. RohanRaja

Carter went all out for Raja and took control of the opening bars. The Die Familie wrestlers intervened in the match and helped Raja make a comeback . The heel landed a Double Knee Backbreaer for a count of two. Carter reacted with a kind of Moonsault and at ringside he connected a Superkick. Back in the ring, Carter closed out the match with a Kick Corner.

Victory : Oliver Carter on count of three. After the match, members of Die Familie attacked Carter until the medics showed up.

Sha Samuels vs. Bodhi Hayward

Samuels took the first hits and had to escape to ringside . After passing through the surroundings, Sha connected a Lariat and knocked down her opponent. Hayward avoided a jump from his rival and hit a Splash for the count of two. The face missed a key in the corner and Sha closed with a Spinebuster.

Victory : Sha Samuels on account of three.

Blair Davenport interrupted the start of the alleged match between Meiko Satomura and Sarray. The New Zealander / British announced that the match was not going to take place because of her. Sid Scala interrupted, but Blair ignored it and called for a starting opportunity. Davenport stated that if she weren’t hers because of her ankle injury she would actually have the title in her possession. Amale interrupted from backstage and soon after Eliza Alexander and Isla Dawn did. Sid Scala ended up announcing a match between Davenport and Dawn.

Davenport avoided a kick, but Dawn began punishing her opponent’s ankle with multiple locks. Blair was able to avoid a key in the corner, but was hit by a Running Knee on the edge of the ring. Dawn kept control and looked for the account after another knee, but she stayed in two. Blair reacted out of nowhere after landing a series of punches, but she was hit with a Side Suplex. Dawn maintained control with a Meteora, but Amale and Eliza Alexander interrupted, throwing the ring into chaos.
