Apollo, a well-known BGMI player, was acquired by the Gujarat Tigers to their team for the ESL Snapdragon Pro Series 2024. With the addition of the former Revenant Esports athlete, the team has added four more seasoned players to its roster. The group has been getting ready for this year’s formal big events.
The Gujarat Tigers, who signed their new roster on January 12, have been looking formidable. Apollo is one of the five well-known athletes on Shadow’s team.
Gujarat Tigers BGMI Roster
The Gujarat Tigers’ five-man Battlegrounds Mobile India roster is as follows:
- Clutchgod – Vivek Aabhas
- Shadow – Arjun Mandhalkar
- MJ – Harshit Mahajan
- Wixxky – Deepanshu Yadav
- Apollo – Nishant Iaspal
Apollo joined MJ at Revenant Esports in May 2023, after the relaunch of BGMI. Both players helped the organization secure a decent rank by playing excellently in a variety of competitions. In 2024, both of them have committed to work for the Gujarat Tigers.
BGMI professionals Shadow and Clutchgod, previously of GodLike and Numen Gaming, are also well-known. Both failed to win any trophies in 2023 and will try to win important championships this year.
The Gujarat Tigers’ squad will be considerably strengthened with Apollo’s acquisition. With three years of experience, he has won several significant competitions. He briefly worked with MJ and Wixxky at Nigma Galaxy in 2022 before joining Revenant Esports.
Last year, Apollo led his squad to second place in both the Nodwin BGMI Champions Cup and the Skyesports Championship 5.0 thanks to a series of outstanding performances.
In addition, he assisted Revenant in placing fifth in the India vs. Korea Invitational and seventh in the BGIS 2023. This was succeeded by placing eighth in the BMPS 2023.
A few significant BGMI events are planned over the next months. Without a doubt, the team lead by Shadow will be among the front-runners.
