The business end of the Men’s Olympic Football event at the Paris Olympics 2024 is coming to the fore as 4 teams battle it out for supremacy. Paris 2024 Olympics has seen some intriguing and some fascinating moments in the football circuit as some of the underdogs have taken down the heavyweights.

For instance, Morocco stunned the entire world after they defeated FIFA World Cup 2022 champions, Argentina 1-2. The latter part of the game was marred with a controversy as Morocco fans invaded the pitch during the extra-time after a controversial equaliser goal was awarded to Argentina.

Eventually, the goal was disallowed and the remainder of the game took place behind closed doors. That Morocco football team has etched history and has qualified for the semi-finals of the Paris Olympics 2024’s Men’s Olympic Football event.

The quarter-finals witnessed some jaw-dropping footballing action as 4 exciting matches unfurled in Paris. Morocco beat United States 4-0 to book their place in the semi-finals.

Egypt outclassed Paraguay on penalties to secure a place in the semi-finals while Spain defeated Japan 3-0 to qualify for the semi-finals. France outclassed Argentina 1-0 to set up an exciting semi-final clash with Egypt.
