The ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2025 is set to take place from January 18 to February 2, 2025, in Malaysia, featuring 16 teams competing for the title. India will enter the tournament as the defending champions, having won the inaugural edition in South Africa in 2023.
The tournament will be divided into four groups of four teams each. India has been placed in Group A alongside, Malaysia (hosts), West Indies, Sri Lanka.
India’s matches will be held at the Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur, starting their campaign on January 19 against the West Indies at 12 PM IST.
Following the group stage, the top three teams from each group will advance to the Super Six League stage, where they will be divided into two groups.
The top two teams from each Super Six group will then qualify for the semi-finals scheduled for January 31, leading to the final on February 2.
