BAN vs NZ 6th ODI Dream11 Prediction

With the Champions Trophy 2025 on the horizon, Bangladesh is gearing up to put its best foot forward.

While the team has a balanced lineup, the batters are likely to be at the forefront. Bangladesh has been experiencing a less than-satisfactory performance in white-ball cricket, losing multiple series in the last six months.

For the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025 season, the team will be under tremendous pressure to prove themselves.

While Bangladesh has prioritized quality bowlers and all-rounders in the squad, these three batters could play a crucial role.

    1. Najmul Hossain Shanto

Najmul Hossain Shanto is set to return as Bangladesh’s captain after missing the West Indies tour due to injury.

A solid left-handed batter, Shanto has been the mainstay of the side across formats. Shanto’s ability to stabilize innings and forge partnerships would come in handy for high-pressure games.

Across 47 ODIs, he has slammed 1488 runs with a decent average and strike rate. Although he hasn’t been around much of late because of injury, Shanto’s experience will be something Bangladesh will look at. He has a decent average of 34.60 and a strike rate of 79.95 in ODIs.

    2. Soumya Sarkar

Soumya Sarkar has been a standout performer with the bat. Sarkar has been in good form and will provide depth to the batting lineup.

Soumya Sarkar’s experience and aggressive batting style make him a crucial asset for Bangladesh at the top of the order.

He can provide quick starts and put pressure on the opposition bowlers from the very first over.

    3. Jaker Ali

The squad also includes Jaker Ali Anik, a wicketkeeper-batsman2. Ali has been impressive in domestic cricket and may get a nod.

Jaker Ali Anik’s inclusion in the squad highlights his potential and the value he brings as a wicketkeeper-batsman.

He offers a valuable lower-order batting option and provides depth to the squad. Ali’s ability to provide stability and contribute crucial runs in the lower order, coupled with his wicketkeeping skills, can add valuable depth to the Bangladesh squad.
