With the deadline for squad submissions passing on February 11th, all eight participating teams have officially announced their squads for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
The tournament, marking its return after an eight-year hiatus, is set to be played in Pakistan and the UAE from February 19th.
The tournament will feature eight of the top ODI teams, split into two groups. Group A comprises India, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Bangladesh.
Group B consists of Australia, England, South Africa, and Afghanistan. The top two teams from each group will proceed to the semi-finals.
Late Changes and Key Squad Announcements
Several teams have been forced to make late changes to their squads due to injuries and other unforeseen circumstances. Australia has made up to five changes.
India has also been impacted, losing their pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah to injury, with Harshit Rana named as his replacement.
Varun Chakaravarthy has also replaced Yashasvi Jaiswal in the 15-member squad.
