Riot Games has launched LTA Fantasy, a free manager-style game focused on the League of the Americas (LTA) championship.
This exciting new platform allows fans to build their own fantasy rosters using active LTA pro players, competing against friends, teams, and even popular streamers.

What is LTA Fantasy?
LTA Fantasy is a fantasy game where participants create teams of LTA pro players from both the North and South regions.
The goal is to earn points based on the real-world performances of these players during LTA matches.
This format is similar to fantasy games seen in other esports leagues, such as the LEC and LFL, but tailored specifically for the Americas.
How to Play LTA Fantasy
- Registration: To start playing, fans need to visit the LTA Fantasy website and sign up using their Riot ID. This will allow them to create a team with a name, logo, and tricode.
- Building Your Roster: Each player begins with a budget of 50 Gold, which can be used to ‘sign’ players for their roster. The player values are adjusted weekly based on their performances during the previous weekend’s matches. This dynamic pricing system makes strategic player selection crucial for success.
- Roster Management: Rosters lock every Saturday at 9 AM PT (5 PM BST) before LTA matches begin. Scores are updated every Monday at 12 AM PT (8 AM BST), reflecting the points earned by players over the weekend. Rosters unlock again every Tuesday at 8 AM PT (4 PM BST), allowing players to make adjustments for the upcoming matches.
- Competing in Leagues: Upon signing up, players are automatically entered into leaderboards for their favorite team, conference, and league. Additionally, they can join multiple leagues, including those created by friends, teams, or popular streamers. However, during the beta phase, each account can only manage one roster that competes across all joined leagues.
Rewards in LTA Fantasy
The top 100 players in each conference at the end of Split 2 will receive exclusive League of Legends skins.
Players in the North Conference will earn a Spirit Blossom Yasuo skin, while those in the South Conference will receive a Spirit Blossom Yone skin.
These rewards provide a tangible incentive for fans to engage deeply with the game and compete against others.
Beta Phase and Future Updates
LTA Fantasy launched as an open beta on April 2, 2025, during Split 2 of the LTA championship. This phase is designed to gather user feedback, which will be used to implement new features and updates in the future.
