The final IPL 2023 auction pool, which has been cut from the original list of 991 players, was announced by the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Tuesday.
There are 405 players on the final IPL 2023 auction list. Out of the 405 players, 273 are Indians and 132 are from other countries, including four from associate countries. According to the BCCI announcement, out of the initial list of 991 players, a total of 369 individuals were shortlisted by 10 teams, while 36 additional players were later added at the teams’ request.
There are 119 total capped players, 282 uncapped players, and 4 players from associate nations. There are currently 87 slots total, 30 of which are reserved for players from overseas players. There are 206.5 crore rupees left in the franchise IPL auction pool. After all 10 teams have completed their retentions, 87 places will be up for the IPL 2023 auction.
Kolkata Knight Riders has the smallest auction purse with only Rs 7.05 crore left, while Sunrisers Hyderabad has the largest at Rs 42.25 crore. Know complete details on IPL 2023 auction list, date, and time.
