The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 is sure to witness some jaw-dropping and ground-breaking deals. But it can also see a few big names getting unsold. That is the unpredictability of the auction.

In this article, we take a look at 3 players who can go unsold in this IPL 2023 auction:

1. Ajinkya Rahane

Having played for KKR in IPL 2023, Rahane had a dismal season with the bat. He scored only 133 runs in 7 games and could possibly be one player who goes unsold in the upcoming IPL 2023 auction.

2. Amit Mishra

With 166 wickets in the IPL, leg-spinner is the 3rd highest wicket-taker in the history of IPL. He will head into the IPL 2023 auction as the oldest player and has high chances of not getting any bid.

3. Sheldon Jackson

The wicket-keeper batter of Saurashtra, Jackson played for KKR in IPL 2022 and had a torrid season with the bat. With age not being on his side, we might see the 36-year-old go unsold in the IPL 2023 auction.
