The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 is going to be the biggest footballing event for the women’s football community. It will be jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand and is slated to be played from 20th July 2023 to 20th August 2023.

A total of 32 countries will be taking part in this competition in a bid to bag the silverware in this competition. 9 host cities will have 10 venues and the host countries will be hoping to have a smooth conduct of the entire FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023.

8 groups will be featuring 4 teams and they will be hoping to win the game after qualifying for the knockout stages.

Hosts New Zealand are placed in Group A and the other host in the form of Australia are placed in Group B. United States of America (USA) are the defending champions of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 and this was their 4th title.

United States had beaten Netherlands in the finals at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais in France. The scoreline read 2-0 in favour of the North American country. United States are the most successful side in the history of the FIFA World Cup and would be gunning for their 5th title.
