One of the upcoming stars of Indian cricket, Shaik Rasheed will be representing the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in IPL 2023. He was bought by the CSK franchise for his base price of Rs. 20 lakhs.

The mentorship of MS Dhoni in CSK would definitely help the youngster gain some valuable experience. And thus, prove his mettle and skills. He was the vice-captain of India in the ICC U-19 ODI World Cup and guided his team to the title. His performances with both the bat and the ball were quite noteworthy.

2. Dewald Brevis (Mumbai Indians)

Fondly known as “Baby AB” for his striking abilities like the former legendary cricketer AB De Villiers, Dewald Brevis will be an interesting name to watch out for in IPL 2023. He represented Mumbai Indians in IPL 2022 and had a good run with the bat.

In 7 games, he notched up 161 runs for Mumbai and solidity in the middle for the 5-time IPL champions. Along-side Surya Kumar Yadav, Dewald Brevis will be the backbone of the middle-order of Rohit Sharma’s Mumbai Indians. Notably, the Mumbai side will be looking to qualify for the playoffs for the first time in 3 years in IPL.

3. Nishant Sindhu (Chennai Super Kings)

The youngster from Rohtak, Haryana was roped in by Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2023 mini-auctions for a sum of Rs. 60 lakhs. He performed really well in the ICC U-19 ODI World Cup 2022 and the all-rounder scored 140 runs in 5 matches. Sindhu also bagged 6 wickets in the game.

In the U-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy in 2018-19, Sindhu had a brilliant tournament for Haryana. Notably, Haryana had defeated Jharkhand in the finals. Nishant Sandhu scored 572 runs and notched up 23 wickets in that tournament.
