    The Indian skipper once again hogged the limelight with his economical bowling. He logged bowling figures of 2/15 in his quota of 4 overs. Jasprit Bumrah was the pick of the bowlers for India and helped the team defend the total.

    Bumrah also had 2 wickets in his kitty and his scalps included Mark Adair and Barry McCarthy. The Indian skipper has so far taken 4 wickets in his comeback series and would be pretty happy with his performances.

    3. Andrew Balbirnie’s fiery innings went in vain

    Opening the batting for Ireland, Andrew Balbirnie gave a glimmer of hope to Ireland during the run-chase. The 32-year-old cricketer smashed 72 runs in 51 deliveries and his innings was packed with 5 fours and 4 sixes.

    Balbirnie had a stupendous strike-rate of 141.18 and held the fort from one end for Ireland. But he lacked support from the other end and ultimately had to be on the losing side.
