    The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the team squad for the upcoming Asia Cup 2023 and the imminent three-match ODI series against Afghanistan. 

    According to an official PCB statement, a squad of 18 players will participate in the Afghanistan series, which is scheduled to take place in Sri Lanka from August 22 to 26. 

    Subsequently, the team’s size will be reduced to 17 players for the continental tournament, Asia Cup 2023, which is set to kick off at the Multan Cricket Stadium.
