Kings XI Punjab
KXIP have worked quite hard on their weaknesses and turned their fate in IPL 2020. They are in impeccable form and have registered 5 consecutive wins in the tournament. The way Kings have marked their comeback is remarkable. With the form in which their top-order is batting, it is going to be an easy game for them against Rajasthan Royals. KL Rahul, Mandeep Singh, and Chris Gayle will ply their trades in the top-order. Nicholas Pooran will be given the role of finishing the game or playing a quickfire cameo for KXIP.
Coming to their bowling, Ravi Bishnoi and Murugan Ashwin has impressed to an extent in the ongoing T20 tournament. The spin duo is the main reason behind KXIP’s success in the second half of the league stage. They have consistently restricted opponents from scoring runs and grabbed wickets in the match. Rajasthan Royals
RR has done an up to mark job in IPL 2020. But, there have been questions raised on their consistency and bowlers. Except for Jofra Archer, none of the bowlers have tried in getting early breakthroughs in the match. This is the reason why Royals have suffered defeats in some close games.
Leaving everything behind, Ben Stokes and Sanju Samson gained their form in the previous game against MI. Robin Uthappa is also scoring quickfire knocks as an opener for RR. And, their batting unit looks pretty much on point. But, management will be expecting that their bowlers should come up with a good effort. Otherwise, they might lose an important game against Kings XI Punjab. This might also knock them out of the tournament
