Valorant is one of the, if not the most, popular FPS games in the world currently. The stupendous visuals of the game, unique characters called agents, and weapons add to the game’s charm and have made it a forerunner in the gaming community. Valorant has some of the best variety of weaponry we have witnessed. However, there are some that impress and some that do not, as with any game. Here’s our list of the best and worst weapons in Valorant in the year 2022.
Best Weapons In Valorant 2022
Every weapon has its pros and cons, but these 3 weapons, in particular, leaned more towards the pros side due to many reasons. Pick up these weapons in the game and you can be assured of an exciting match.
- Vandal
Due to its reliable damage, extended range, and rapid firing, the Vandal is the finest assault weapon in the Valorant game. The Vandal is a difficult weapon to wield and has a high rate of recoil. However, it has a significant advantage in that it can one-shot any person at any range. A kill can be secured with bursts of three to four shots from the good 25-bullet mag.
- Phantom
It goes without saying that the Phantom is among Valorant’s greatest weapons for all uses. It is one of those weapons that perfectly balances all of its components, including cost, fire rate, accuracy, and damage. It has a little bigger magazine and greater spray control than the Vandal, but it causes less damage overall. The Phantom also has a silencer, which can provide benefits comparable to those of the Ghost.
- The Operator
The Operator can be intimidating since it compels players to adjust and devise ways to get past it. An Operator user with a reasonable amount of map knowledge may control the bomb location by themselves during defensive rounds and prevent attackers from approaching too closely. For the attackers to have any chance, there would unquestionably need to be several clouds of smoke and flashes. With some information gathering or by foreseeing opponent movement, skilled players may make the Operator effective even at medium range.
Worst Weapons In Valorant 2022
Some weapons in Valorant failed to impress and we suggest that you steer clear of these. Here are the worst 3 weapons in Valorant in 2022.
- Bulldog
The Bulldog is the worst rifle in the game. Unlike the Guardian, Phantom, and Vandal, it deals less damage to the head, body, legs, and arms. When you’re short on cash, it could be useful, but a pistol or the Spectre are definitely better alternatives.
- Marshal
The Marshal has a drawback of dealing 85 damage to the legs and arms and only having medium penetration as opposed to high. However, it is still reasonably priced.
- Odin
Odin is incredibly inaccurate despite having an enormous magazine and good bullet penetration. The Odin, however, is among the most expensive weapons in the game. It is even more expensive than the Phantom and Vandal.
