‘Cold’ frogs with a dark green colour will spawn in the following locations: Frozen River, Snowy Beach, Grove, Frozen Peaks, Jagged Peaks, Snowy Plains, Ice Spikes, Snowy Slopes, Snowy Taiga, Cold Ocean, Frozen Ocean, Deep Frozen Ocean, and The End.
Steps to breed frogs in Minecraft
In Minecraft, you may breed frogs by attracting them with slimeballs inside a 6-block radius. If you give two adult frogs slimeballs, they will mate and have an offspring.
In order to lay frogspawn, the pregnant frog will go for a water block with at least one neighbouring water block. Tadpoles will develop from the frogspawn to become frogs.
Frogs fight and despawn tiny slimes with their mouths; these slimes drop slimeballs when killed. Additionally, frogs will attack little magma cubes and leave a froglight block in their wake.
A frog will experience an increase in speed while aiming for a magma cube. The frog’s colour determines the colour of the froglight.
