PMGC 2023 Grand Finals Details & Teams Revealed

After the League Stage, all 16 of the PUBG Mobile teams for the PMGC 2023 Grand Finals were determined. The much awaited Finals will take place in Istanbul, Turkey over three days on December 8–10.

A spot in the final stage has been immediately granted to S2G Gaming from the host country. In addition to them, another invited team for the next round is TEC from China.

$1.52 million of the ₹3 million total prize fund for the Global Championship 2023 will go toward the League Stage. 

Based on the achievements of the 16 finalists, the remaining $1.48 million in the prize pool will be awarded at the PMGC Grand Finals. The victorious team will get a $400K cash award.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC 2023)

Between 48 PUBG Mobile teams across three weeks, the League Stage’s first round was held. They were divided into three groups, each of which played 24 games. 

In the Finals, the top three teams from each group asserted their dominance. Then, 24 teams competed in the PMGC 2023 Survival Stage (4th to 11th rankers from each group). In the Last Chance, the top 16 teams competed for five Grand Finals slots.

  • Alpha 7 Esports (Brazil)
  • Morph (Indonesia)
  • Persija Evos (Indonesia)
  • Major Pride (Kazakhstan)
  • NS RedForce (South Korea)
  • D’Xavier (Vietnam)
  • Faze Clan (Thailand)
  • Yoodo Alliance (Malaysia)
  • S2G Gaming (Turkey)

Group Green’s top three performing PUBG Mobile teams in the first round of the League Stage were Loops, Alpha7, and Stalwart Esports. In Group Red, NS RedForce, STE, and Morph placed first through third.

In Group Yellow, Major Pride, 4Merical Vibes, and Weibo Gaming secured a podium position.

To advance to the PMGC Finals, these nine organizations showed outstanding achievements in this Group Stage.

In the PMGC League Stage’s Survival and Last Chance stages, the five surviving finalists fared well. D’Xavier Esports was the standout performer at the Last Chance after putting on an amazing show of skill. 

Throughout their 12 games, Persija Evos, Faze, IHC, and Yoodo Alliance remained steadfast and secured their spots in the PMGC Finals.
