At the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow, match 30 of the IPL 2023 will see the defending champion Gujarat Titans (GT) taking on the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).

Gujarat Titans, led by Hardik Pandya, had a great event in their first outing as they won the championship thanks to strong efforts from every player on the circuit. In his debut campaign as captain, Pandya exhibited excellent signs of maturity.

The Lucknow Super Giants, on the other hand, had a successful inaugural season to remember, winning nine out of fourteen games and finishing third in the standings.

When these two teams previously faced off, GT prevailed by a score of 62 runs. First-innings batsman Shubman Gill contributed a superb 63 runs to GT’s 144/4 total after 20 overs. Rashid Khan responded by dismantling the LSG’s batting order with a four-wicket haul, causing LSG to be dismissed for 82 runs in just 14 overs. With 27 runs, Deepak Hooda led the LSG in scoring. Check complete details on LSG vs GT head-to-head records.

Lucknow Super Giants

In a low-scoring match, Lucknow Super Giants defeated Rajasthan Royals by 10 runs prior to this one. They are ranked second in the points standings with four victories out of their last six games.

While Mark Wood, one of the leading candidates for the IPL 2023 Purple Cap this year, has excelled in the bowling department, taking 11 wickets in four games.

Gujarat Titans

Gujarat Titans enter the match fresh off a nail-biting three-wicket defeat to Rajasthan Royals because of some brutal power-hitting from Shimron Hetmyer. They are currently ranked fourth in the IPL 2023 points standings with three victories in five games.

Shubman Gill has been the Titans’ standout player, scoring 228 runs in five games at a respectable average of 45.60. Rashid Khan has been outstanding in the bowling department, taking 11 victims in five games.
